Terms and Conditions
(The 'Official Rules')
Entries will be accepted for the competition between 10am on the 6th June 2022 and 10am on the 31st August 2022
One entrant will be selected at random, and the winning establishment will win a year’s supply of snacks. The winning nominator will receive a voucher a bundle of nuts and snacks with a value of £150(see below).
The winners will be notified after 31st August 2022. A prize will be awarded for each trade entry and each consumer entry. Trade entrants will win a box of nut samples and 20% off discount redeemable at www.barsnacksonline. Consumer entrants will win a 15% off voucher redeemable at www.sunvalleyshop.co.uk. Each entrant will be notified by direct message.
The giveaway is only open to individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
The officers, directors, employees, contractors, prize providers and agents of Sun Valley Nut Co. (the “Promoter”) and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above are not eligible.
Each entry requires the user to post an image of their favourite pub, tagging @sunvalleynuts on either Instagram or Facebook. ENTRANTS CAN ONLY WIN ONCE, EVEN IF THEY POST ON BOTH PLATFORMS. Entrants must provide the promoter with a valid email address.
By entering this contest, entrants grant consent to the use of their name and likeness, along with establishment name for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation (except where prohibited).
The prize on offer is a voucher worth £1200 to be spent on barsnacksonline.co.uk. The voucher must be used by August 31st 2023 and any outstanding balance will be removed.
Alternately, a nominated wholesale supplier may be used to supply the prize if Sun Valley are in assent.
The nominator will receive a voucher to the value of £150 to be spent on www.sunvalleyshop.co.uk
Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
These terms and conditions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. By taking part in this competition entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
